NCAGT realizes that parents need information to support the academic and social-emotional development of their children.  In addition to the Parent Corner in the monthly NCAGT Nugget, and our monthly Parent eXchange meet-ups, the following links and resources are provided to assist parents in their efforts.

Looking for a way to connect with other parents in North Carolina?

Partners for the Advancement of Gifted Education (PAGE) are the local affiliates of the North Carolina Association for the Gifted and Talented (NCAGT). PAGE groups are parents, teachers, and others helping each other with the purpose of providing appropriate educational and life experiences for gifted children. Current PAGE affiliates (as well as their contact information) are listed on the "About" page. 

Davidson Institute's Tips For Parents

The Association for the Gifted within the Council for Exceptional Children houses many brief articles on pressing topics in gifted education.
