The NCAGT Strategic Framework is a documented plan on how we are setting out to achieve our GOALS.  It contains a number of key principles that outlines how NCAGT will go about attaining these goals.  The reason why we have a strategy is so important because it gives NCAGT time to get a sense of how we as an association are performing, what our capabilities are, and if these capabilities are able to help US grow.
